Child safety standards

LampLit is for adults. Every account must be 18 or older.

LampLit deletes any account it learns belongs to someone under 18.

LampLit allows no child sexual abuse or exploitation of any kind.

That includes abuse material, sexualizing minors, grooming, sextortion and trafficking.

Anyone who does this is banned. Their phone number can never be used on LampLit again.

How to report

• In the app, open the person’s sheet and tap Report.
• Or email support@mylamplit.com.
• If a child is in danger right now, call 911.

What happens next

• A person reads every report about a child’s safety as soon as possible.
• LampLit removes the content and bans the account.
• LampLit reports child sexual abuse material to NCMEC, as US law requires.
• NCMEC is the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
• LampLit works with law enforcement.
